MATERIALS

AdTech Artistick Performance Glue Sticks
Jewelry findings assortment
Jewelry pliers
Silicone baking mat
Mica powder
Cosmetic applicator
Sakura Hobby 3D Crystal Lacquer, Clear
Pattern (at bottom of page)

Lay pattern on work surface. Lay mat on top of pattern.

Using pattern as a guide, outline all 4 designs with hot glue. Let cool for approximately 4 minutes, and the glue pulls up easily from the mat. Do not wait any longer because the glue needs to be slightly warm for the next step.

Layer all 4 designs to form a flower pattern.

Immediately bend and fold, and roll between your hands to form a ball shape.

Continue rolling until you have achieved a nicely rounded ball. You should see some beautiful patterning in the glue ball. Repeat to create each bead.

Use cosmetic applicator to rub mica powder over the surface of the ball and into all the nooks and crannies.

Clip eye pins to 1/2″. Press into top of ball. If desired, use a quick dry or tacky glue to hold in place. Let glue dry.

Use brush-on sealer or use finger to apply sealer topcoat over the mica powder. Place on silicone mat or hang to dry.

Attach jewelry chain and earring hooks.
